Cooling Down a Roku Device

  • If your Roku is overheating, unplug it and wait 10 minutes. Plug it in again. Repeat up to three times.
  • Use an HDMI extender to move your Roku device away from the back of your TV.
  • Keep air circulating in the room and around your device.
