Do you want to find who you're following on Facebook? You can follow people, Pages, and even lists on Facebook. If you want to see a list of everyone you're following, you can easily check your Activity log on mobile or your profile on desktop. This wikiHow will show you how to find all of your followers and following on Facebook using your iPhone, iPad, Android, or computer.

Finding Your Facebook Following

  • To see who you're following, open your profile and click "Activity log" → "Connections" → "Followers" → "Who you've followed…".
  • On mobile, go to your profile and tap "•••" → "Activity log" → "Connections" → "Followers" → "Who you've followed…"
  • You can click or tap each profile, group, or list and select "Unfollow" to unfollow them.

  1. This looks like a white "f" on a dark-blue background. If you're signed into Facebook, the app will open to your News Feed.
    • If you aren't already signed into Facebook, enter your email address and password before proceeding. If needed, you can reset your password .
  2. You can find this at the top of the news feed, or you can tap ☰ in the bottom-right corner and select your name.

      • To unfollow a group, select Joined , and then Unfollow group . For a Page, tap Following , and then select Unfollow . For a profile, tap Friends , and then tap Unfollow . [2]
  9. View your followers (optional). If you want to see a list of people who follow your profile, do the following:
    • Go to your profile.
    • Tap ••• .
    • Tap Activity log .
    • Tap Connections
    • Tap Followers .
    • Tap People who followed you .

  1. Go to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer's web browser. If you're already logged into Facebook, doing so will open your News Feed.
    • If you aren't logged into Facebook, first enter your email address (or phone number) into the top-right corner of the screen and click Log In .
  2. You can find this at the top-left corner of the page.
    • You'll be redirected to your profile page.
  3. You can find this under your name.
    • A drop-down menu will open.

    • A new page will open.
