As soon as the trailer was released, gamers were anxious to dish out punishment with power armor in the latest installment of the Fallout franchise. Now, without the tedious requirement of power armor training, suiting up has never been easier.

  1. For most players, you'll end up stumbling into your own suit in Concord.
  2. Power armor in Fallout 4 runs entirely on fusion energy. Without a Fusion Core, they're pretty much useless.

  • Question
Where should you leave it if the fusion core runs out?
    Community Answer
A settlement under your leadership would be most desirable, but it can theoretically be left anywhere; your Pip-Boy will save its location, and it can't be stolen if it has no fusion core.
  • Question
I left my armour near an enemy base, and a raider has taken it and is fighting me. What should I do?

It is unfortunate, but there is no way to force an enemy out of your power armor. Your best option is to kill the raider and remove the power armor pieces from the corpse. Repair the pieces and then search for another power armor frame.
  • Question
How is using a power armor better than not using an armor?
    Garrett
    Top Answerer
Power armor does make you slower, but it can increase your carry capacity and damage resistance, and it also reduces effects of radiation, melee, poison, and fire attacks. You can also modify power armor with paint jobs to increase certain skills while wearing it.
