Occasionally when I stumble on wikiHow to make a few contributions whenever I can in my busy schedule, I usually look at the Proposed Re-directs. I don’t think anyone has touched it since I last cleared it. We should check in somewhat more, because it seems every time I come back to check, the list gets longer and longer. http://www.wikihow.com/Special:ProposedRedirects If you don’t know what to do, you accept or decline proposed redirects people have. Remember the policy; “Use a Laptop” wouldn’t be the same as “Use a Dell” etc.

Is it just for admins or can NABers help out?

Yep! New Article Boosters are also welcome to help out with monitoring the proposed redirects. =)

Y’all can help with this too! http://forums.wikihow.com/discussion/202/adminbooster-project-i.d.-bad-redirects/

Re-opened since the list is yet again very long.

I tried clicking the link, but it brought me to an error screen, is it just accessible to Admins? Or is it a problem on my end?

@Whoze - NABers are supposed to be able to reach it, but I can’t either.

What error are y’all getting?

Ditto, same error.

Aha, thought so. @Krystle @JackHerrick can help give NABers back the rights to this page.

@Helpersz @Whoze @Twoscompany @Metsguy234 @SudoKing This is fixed. A reminder: Please *only* accept a redirect if the titles mean the same exact thing . It’s worth rereading the merge policy: http://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:Merge-Policy Don’t fall for the “close enough” trap - that’s very bad for our mission because it ties up distinct titles in redirects, permanently:frowning:For example “Give a Newborn a Bath” should not be redirected with “Bathe an Infant” because not all infants are newborns. “Find Old Classmates” should not be redirected to “Search for Classmates Online” because the “online” part makes that title more specific.

P.S. - Thanks for the quick fix here @Agent86 !

Yep. I’m an NABer but I can’t do redirects.

Sorry for the formerly big pic (and thanks Jenn)
