I was just on the Community Dashboard and I looked at RC patrol. Lo and behold, the last person to patrol was Wikivisual! Is this a bug? One time I saw that Copyviobot was patrolling recent changes, but I dismissed it as a bug.

This isn’t a bug; Wikivisual and Copyviobot auto-patrol their edits when adding new images.

^^ That is correct. All the bots do that often. Mainly it’s a sign they are working on something like adding pictures, placing a copyright tag, adding a STUB, etc… It is a good sign:wink:~WHS~

I have seen that before, and I was told, just like the above, that the bots are on their auto-patrol state, so that their edits don’t get fed into RC Patrol. There are very few edits that they don’t automatically mark, but it does happen on some occasions. What I would do, if seeing such edits, is mark the bot edits as patrolled, unless there is a bug in the bot making the edit.
