Bots are on an auto-patrol state. Like admins whom are on auto-patrol, they won’t show up in the http://www.wikihow.com/Special:Patrolcount
list, but they will show up in the Community Dashboard scroll-thing, if they were deemed the “most recent account to patrol”.
