The title says it all.

Can anybody change their profile picture on this forum? because there is no option for me, just system assigned profile pic can be applied.

I do have the ability to change mine, and we haven’t removed jpg, jpeg, or png from the list of authorized extensions. We also have it set so anyone can upload a custom avatar.

When I go into your preferences as an admin, I see the ability to change your profile pic. That makes me wonder if it might be something on your end? Curious! Happy to update it for you if you’d like:slight_smile:

@JayneG I sampled the ability to change mine over mobile, and didnt have the ability to change it. i ran into the example shown above. not sure of the ability over desktop.

@JayneG , It works through the mobile interface, and so as a workaround, I have used an user-agent switcher on my PC browser to change the browser into mobile one, which worked…
So I have a different profile picture now:slight_smile:

seems to be working again, as usual even without a switcher in place.
