I know how to change, but there is no more option to do so in this forum.
So is it removed? or have I overlooked?
If the option is changed, how do I change my pic then?

Click on your current profile pic on the top right hand corner > Click on the bottom icon to expand the Profile menu > Click on “Preferences” > From there you can view your current profile pic and click on the pencil icon to remove it or upload a new one

It’s just showing “System assigned profile picture”

How do I upload a new picture from here?

There should also be an option to upload an image directly from your device
