Trying to find an article I wrote several years ago using the site search tool eludes me. The article is titled “Be a School Custodian” located here:

I tried searching for “custodian”, “school”, “school custodian” with and without quotes but I can never find it in the results.

Hiya, that’ll be because it’s on an alt domain - wikihow.life. You can still edit it at How to Be a School Custodian: 8 Steps (with Pictures) - wikiHow Life , but it’s ‘hosted’ on .life:slight_smile:

I understand they are indexed differently… but this feels like a user experience issue because a logged in user has no need to navigate to the other domains than wikihow.com (where all the editing tools are), yet using the search function on .com does not yield all the intended article matches. Are we meant to use Google to find the article we’re looking for?

Ah, sorry if I misunderstood! You can use https://www.wikihow.com/Special:Search - that should work!
