There’s an error with the section description text, or the text directly below a part/method. Example:

The problem is that the first few words automatically bold and capitalize all the letters. This never happened before, and just popped up a few days ago.
The text has not been manually bolded or capitalized; I checked the edit section, and it wasn’t bolded or capitalized. Also, it’s appearing on multiple articles.
Example: (I changed the color of the text to watch out for)
Before: (section from @MissLunaRose
's article on Help an Autistic Family Member Cope with Home Quarantine)

===Explaining the Quarantine===
It’s important for them to know what’s going on, especially if they don’t know much about the epidemic.
Explain why the family is in quarantine. Give an age- and ability-appropriate explanation of what is happening. Accepting the rules of quarantine is easier if they understand why it matters. [[Image:Teen Boy Encourages Little Brother.png|center]]

I’m seeing this problem too.
I see it too. I wonder if this is a new feature that people are trying out.
I’m personally not a fan of it. All caps are harder to read at a glance, especially for people with dyslexia and possibly other neurodivergencies too.
Another example is the subheadings in How to Cook Tarantula Spiders
. I am not a fan of the ALL CAPS either.
This isn’t a bug, but some styling that has recently been added for some articles that will have a slightly different layout, where there will be a paragraph of text under the section headings. I have passed your feedback on @MissLunaRose
and will see if they might be able to exclude certain categories or articles from the styling.
@JayneG
I’ve noticed this on other articles too, not only health articles. For example, the article on Report Someone on Roblox is also in ALL CAPS, and it’s not the best.
why would you voluntarily eat a spider
Please do not go off topic in Bug Reports threads, as people are genuinely trying to solve technical issues around the site.

Thanks for the feedback about this styling. I checked in further about it, and as with a number of things on wikiHow, this is something that is still in an experimental phase. It’s so amazing how much thought and effort goes in to continually provide the best experience for our readers!
Although this section of text under a section header can be helpful to an article, it has historically been a bit awkward visually, so the plan is to try out some new styling to help it find its place! The use of caps is based on the principles of lead-ins that are primarily used in print publishing. The team is still tweaking and finessing the way this will look, so there’s every chance it will look different once it’s finalized (and it’s possible this will be part of a bigger change in article design as a whole!)
We appreciate you letting us know, but assure you that it’s not a bug and we’re excited to see how this can potentially improve the readability of articles and give that section some style of its own :)
@JayneG
Great! Thansk for letting us know.
