Is this a nonsense or am I missing something: http://www.wikihow.com/Find-the-Answers-for-the-9’s-Times-Table’s I copyedited it just in case, but I can’t follow at all… Please let me know what ya think, OK?

But… 9 times 2 isn’t 1… and 9 times 3 isn’t 2. Wut?

9x1 = 9 9x2 = 1 9x8 = 2 answer 9x2 = 18 (1 from the first column and 8 from the second) 9x3 = 2 9x7 = 3 " 9x3 = 27 9x4 = 3 9x6 = 4 " 9x4 = 36 and so on

I fixed the article a bit. I finally realized the trick they were talking about and tried to help it a bit. I will add the whole table.

Oh good… thank you @Iliveunderawesomerock . I did not realize and I can see Andrew didn’t either. . Thank you @ Suwich Dhiravibulya as well.:slight_smile:

@Laura7491 I realized that I had used that method when I was learning tables:slight_smile:

Oh gosh… LOL that’s great @Iliveunderawesomerock . I am glad I did not NFD’d this article. Haha… I had no idea about this method.

@Laura7491 @Iliveunderawesomerock I think the original author was trying to convey this method: * http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Find-the-Answers-for-the-9's-Times-Table's&diff=15885532&oldid=15882652

@Alabaster I don’t know… I am not familiar with it at all.

This article makes a lot more sense now. It actually seems like a really creative method. Some pictures of it being done might be helpful, but otherwise this looks like a very nice article now. Thanks for helping clean it up everyone!

Nope.

Huh?

Not at all
