I clicked on “Demote”, went to another page, saw an article that said “this article has been demoted”, and then clicked on “Demote” a second time to go to the next article.  The end result?  The addition of two “Articles in Quality Review” tags on the page.

@Awesome-Aasim if you know it’s already been demoted, perhaps you could avoid clicking it again? If you’re in NAB, you can just click back to the NAB menu and it will be gone if it’s demoted.

@JayneG okay, thanks for informing me.  Maybe as a low priority bug gray out the “Demote” button when the article is demoted and the “Promote” button when the article is promoted.  Like maybe when the engineers have run out of things to do they fix this bug.

If you are told that an article was already demoted, remember, you can click “Skip”, and if it tells you that it’s the last one in the queue, use the Back button a few times.
