I’m working on weeding out the Fruits and Vegetables category and noticed we have quite a lot of articles on eggplant. Is there a possibility that we could have a subcategory for eggplant under fruits and vegetables? Here are some articles for start: Make Eggplant Fritters Bake Eggplant Grill Eggplant Fry Eggplant Pickle Eggplant Make Baked Eggplant and Ricotta Rolls Make an Eggplant Souffle Reduce the Bitterness of Eggplants Toast an Eggplant etc… There are more. I’m willing to move them all to the category also.:slight_smile:
