Hi, Is there anybody can help me to solve my Facebook login issue. I understand someone try to hack my account and for that Facebook asking me to security check and Facebook send a verification code to my mobile number but currently I’m not in my country. I’m in Istanbul now. Is this situation I request Facebook, from help page to verify my account by email address and I gave them my national I’d probe. But till now no response from Facebook. Pls advise me what should I now to get back my Facebook account.

My account is not like hacked. Still I can change my password. But why there is no way to send the verification code to verified email.

, two-step verification via email is very weak and it won’t actually do much to protect you account, so Facebook does not allow it. You will have to receive the code through a text message or through an authenticator app or backup codes if you ever set those up. If you have not set up an authenticator app or backup codes, then there is no way to get the code except through a text message.
If possible, please register another facebook account.
First, you r accessing ur fb a/c from another country, that needs verification.
2nd, u r mob no outside ur native country,
So you have to wait until u return to ur home ip address. Otherwise if u continue trying to login your A/c will be permanently blocked.
