I want to add a specific video from youtube but can’t seem to get it to show in the search results. Is there a way for me to either 1.) find a specific video 2.) just use the embed code from youtube?

That article is of no use, it shows how to add a video that is found using the search. The search will not find a specific video by using its ID, you are at the mercy of the search results.

This is a bit of a tricky deal - sometimes YouTube search doesn’t work perfectly. I can probably help, though. Leave me a talk page message with the article you want the video on and a link to the YouTube video you want embedded.
