as you can see, has an absurdly long username, but I feel like if use the username non tag, it looks like i am a admin or what, but im not, and I dont know how should i tell him to change it because the preview makes it soo formal, how should i deal with there types of players, and can someone help me deal with this situation on this user?

You don’t need to be an admin to use coaching templates - the majority of people who I see using them aren’t admins. That being said, I don’t think this particular case needs to be addressed, since it looks like the user in question only made one edit several hours ago, and the username would only be a concern if they returned to editing. But don’t be afraid to use coaching templates - you can always file reports on the Administrator Notice Board
if the situation needs admin intervention!
