I enjoy doing mantenance tasks, and I visit the pages everyday. However, I noticed that there isn’t a page for broken templates. I’m not sure if there is one, so that’s why I’m asking.

This one? https://www.wikihow.com/Special:WantedTemplates

It used to be longer (lots of broken UIBs) but it’s been like this for a while now. Not sure if/how the remaining ones can be fixed without breaking other things.

@Zodi , I watch this page and fix those that need fixing daily. There are some bugs with the current ones on the WantedTemplates page, that’s why this page hasn’t gotten added to the WikiGnome Tasks page.

There’s also  https://www.wikihow.com/Special:UncategorizedTemplates , but that could also be scary if you don’t have access to the lists, and has a reported bug on the one and only item there for quite some time.

@WikiaWang Nothing really exists for “broken” templates, if you can’t define “broken”, the way I’m seeing things.

WantedTemplates really just fixes and removes bad templates from (mostly) talk pages - and sometimes article pages - but not always. If you need help with WantedTemplates, please feel free to contact me.

Yay! We just got rid of two issues from the WantedTemplates script - only four more to go.

Two of these “fixed” WantedTemplates were JS files that two users created - JS files aren’t able to be fixed, but contain template-like formatting that cause problems in this script. However, there is currently an issue with two templates that are supposed to be working fine but exist on the page - (but has been filed for the engineering team’s help ( forums.wikihow.com/discussion/28886/bug-two-working-template-pages-begin-to-appear-in-wanted-templates-after-august-2019-redesign#latest )). One of the other two is stuck, but there’s still another JS file out there. As of current, there are four problematic templates from that script that can’t be fixed at this time. If you’d like to make note of those on a piece of scrap, please do - we’ve been waiting a long time for these to be fixed.
