I think registered users should be able to delete unwanted messages. For example, I saw someone with an insult. I think we should be able to delete Talk cluttering up our talk page,

People can delete messages from their own talk page, if they so wish
Just go to the Edit button, highlight and delete the particular message and hit Publish.
