So you probably know, on mobile versions of wikiHow articles there is a tab at the top that says “part one”, “ part two”, “Q and A”, “ tips and warnings” etc. and when I jump to Q and A section or method two by clicking the top bar, it doesn’t work.

This happens to me sometimes. Some mobile browsers save data by only loading part of the page and by loading the rest when you scroll. To prevent this from happening, I recommend you either connect to Wi-Fi or turn off any data saving settings on your smartphone.

Or you can just scroll manually to the bottom then back to the top.
