Noticed this while patrolling an article in NAB. Marked the same editor’s previous article as an NFD|JOK and left the message on his talk page. On the article where this appeared, I left a message on the discussion page prior to scrolling down to his talk page. His talk page shows the NFD|JOK message, not the template. I use Firefox 7.0 on Windows XP

Not a bug, really, the NFD template just doesn’t account for the Special: namespace

Yes, it’s been that way for as long as I can remember. It shows up correctly on the actual talk page, just not inside NAB.
