Hi! I was a little curious about why there are new articles in the Recent Changes Patrol. To me, it seems it is more suitable for the New Article Boost, and it isn’t really an edit, so you can’t really roll it back. The best you can do from RC is add an NFD Tag. So, I was just curious about why they are in RC. Thank you!

I’m pretty sure that’s one of the reasons they do show up in RC
It’s also helpful for any article that might need to be speedily deleted, so it doesn’t take hours (or even days in some instances) for an inappropriate article to be removed from the site through NAB.

Any article can be “NAB’bed” through RC without it being edited by a booster. With the “quick edit” feature, any spelling, punctuation, formatting, etc. can be done.
I edit it if it’s fuinukmtk and just click MFP.

NFDs and speedies are normally added through RC.
