“This page can’t be saved because there’s a link in it that triggered the spam filter. The following text triggered the spam filter: http://download.cnet.com
If you think this link doesn’t violate the external links policy, leave a note on the administrator notice board asking to have the URL whitelisted. Try using the “Back” button on your browser to retrieve your edits, or check if a draft was automatically saved in My Drafts.” That was the error message I received. The following is the comment I tried to post to “Discussion:Alter Startup Programs in Windows XP”: “First off: 67-9-17-160 said:“This is all handled by selecting actions in Services.” What is this “actions in Services” he speaks of? Second: removing start-up applications is all well and good, but how do I change the order? I have a “server program” that automatically runs in the background upon start-up. This server is dependent on a network connection for functionality. i.e. No network and it shuts down. The problem is that it loads before the wifi modem has a chance to connect. You can imagine my annoyance, any solutions would be helpful. Thank you.” How did I accomplish this?
Firstly, I deleted your other three duplicate forum threads, so that we can keep the discussion in this one. This isn’t a bug actually. It is our spam blacklist that was triggered and blocked your message because of the link in the previous message on that page. I just edited the link to remove the http and stop it triggering the blacklist. Posting should now work again on that page. Also, you can use the Admin Notice Board here
to post if you encounter a problem like this again, like the error message said, as it is not actually a bug.
