Hey Hailey – you see the title change in there, but title changes don’t get patrolled so what you’re really patrolling is Sarah’s addition of the Article Review category (via demotion) (also visible in the diff). If you look at your patrol log here , you can see the only edit you’ve patrolled on that article is hers. RCP just includes the title change in the combined diff because it’s changed since the article was edited. Thanks for checking, though!
