I am unable to complete the steps in https://www.wikihow.com/Find-Your-Top-Follower-of-the-Month-in-Twitter . Can someone please test them out and let me know if it works?

It does, it’s just I didn’t gain followers in certain months so for those it doesn’t display a Top Follower. If I don’t have a Top Follower for the month it simply says “No new followers in (said month).” Hope that helps!
