When doing quality guardian some images are shown ONLY as wording description in place of an image itself. I have to click on the title to open the ‘original’ article in order to see how the image looks like . i think the image was deleted. that’s why it shows up in red.

Does this happen all the time or only with certain articles? Recently the engineers did some work on our image servers. That might have caused it too. Is it happening today? @JuneDays
