This is the reason why I very rarely use the quick edit, it’s quite annoying that my quick edits don’t count in the RC patrol app. Anyone else having this issue?

I do not know what you are talking about, nor am I sure if the staff understand. Can you provide screenshots? That would be wonderful. You can just drag and drop to add them.

You mean that when you’re using RC Patrol, the Quick Edit leaderboard never counts? I have the same issue - after I exit and reenter the tool, the settings have been refreshed to 0. I reassure you, however, that if you click one of the links (i.e. “This Week”), your count will be saved. I see one Quick Edit from you this week.

If you are talking about the leaderboard, then that is probably going to be low priority. At the end of the day, RC patrol is not a race. Being the fastest quick editor is not necessarily a good thing, especially if you make quick edits that are too careless or whatnot. I bet the issue will be fixed eventually, but for now, we will have some wonked up leaderboard.

@HelperOnWikihow That’s exactly what happens to me. Maybe they should change it to number of edits patrolled.

I understand it’s not a race but would find the number of edits patrolled more useful than number of quick edits. Unfortunately I don’t have screenshots (next time I have an issue or something I’ll try to provide one), but I made one quick edit yesterday and for some reason the number of quick edits I made that shows on the RC patrol app is zero.

@Rock20000 There’re two separate leaderboards for quick edits and number of edits patrolled - do you see the “RC Patrol Stats” box? The counts featured under that are the number of edits patrolled.

@HelperOnWikihow I do, but I meant the leaderboard should list top patrollers by number of edits patrolled rather than quick edits.

I believe it does. This is the leaderboard, and it’s sorted by edits patrolled. Maybe I’m missing something here?

@Rock20000 , as Helpie mentioned, these are counted separately, one for quick edits , and one for edits patrolled .

Does that help at all?

That helps! But I don’t know why my quick edits are not counting.
