Great! Just a quick question: if a bug is found while using a mobile device or tablet, is it necessary to repeat the steps to find it on a desktop computer?
I am asking same thing! But omg I love the redesign!! Amazing,I was like omg,when ma dad walked by and he’s like what is going on! Amazing!
^^ Same question. On my phone, a few buttons haven’t loaded up properly. Haven’t checked it on my desktop. I’ll chexk and confirm if those are actual bugs or just poor orientation on a 5 inch screen.
And when you log in,when you type in your password etc,it goes off the enter in and it clicks on something else,and when you type it figits
It seems fine on my kindle,except for the logging in,so far its good I’ll keep exploring,do some work in the community,see how that works??

Differences in the phone and computer screens could change how the page looks. During the testing phase, I found a graphical bug which turned out to be a discrepancy between the size of my phone’s screen vs the browser window on my computer.

I know we addressed this on the old thread, but are we going to do anything about the fact that the badges interfere with the text on the profile badge? To specify, when you have all four badges, Welcomer, Booster, etc, it crosses over the words ‘change profile picture’. There’s a few odd things with the new site that make it a little awkward to navigate, too, although it’s probably far too late to think about changing components of it.

When there is a technical problem within the site and something doesn’t look right. It’s considered a bug usually when you can replicate it and it happens often. Usually other people have the same or similar problem.
Check out bug reports to see other people’s examples of bugs that they’ve reported. Seeing a bug may be more explanatory.
Thanks,I found something that didn’t happen on the old,umm i have on my profile page that lil box for you to right in and it floats when you scroll up and down,the topic board I think,if you go to my page you’ll see what I mean (it’s says help,I’ll help as much as I can) well it kinds disappear when I scroll up and down I disappears behind stuff?? Is that happening to yall?

I submitted a bug report using the form. I got the bug while patrolling, and it causes all text to be shifted to the extreme right of the screen. I didn’t to anything specific that might have led to it, I merely started patrolling as I do normally, and it popped up. - Partly, that just depends on the bug. Everything is most optimized for a fullscreen, so definitely on a phone, it might look a little off (as the old site did, if you weren’t on the actual mobile site). But if there’s something that seems wrong beyond a size/orientation issue, or if you see it on your desktop, too, go ahead and file it - our engineers will get on it! @Confusionist

Here’s what I mean.Maybe I’m the only one with it like this? Or possibly it’s associated with screen size? I can send in a report if you think that’s what this is. Might be something personal, though.
