Recently, when I was adding related articles, I noticed that the RW’s of protected pages can be edited. On the Manage RW’s page, it says it’s protected, but you can still edit them.

, I don’t think this is a bug - it’s the content of the article that is protected that we need to keep protected. The Related wikiHows are pulled from the category and don’t always stay static.
However, I would suggest you focus on articles that aren’t protected if you’d like to manage related wikiHows.
