this happens often I don’t know if I’m doing this process correctly

Thanks Eric! This is unfortunately a known issue at the moment- we have an open bug report for it but a very small team of engineers, so nobody has had a chance to dive into it just yet, and it’s not yet clear how easy (or possibly not) a fix will be. It does sometimes seem to be worse than others, and reloading the tool can sometimes help, so hopefully things are manageable in the meantime, at least when it’s not at its worst… but if it gets frustrating, the Copyedit Greenhouse is a good option for similar editing opportunities with fewer hiccups. Hopefully we will get a fix soon. Thanks for the reminder about it!

Hey there @Anna , I don’t mean to be too intruding but have you guys ever considered using GitHub? It’s like a wiki farm, but for software devs and (if you make the “repository” public) could enable some of the more tech-y wikiHow contributors to contribute to the underlying code of wikiHow.
