for me about 12:00 0r 1:00 a.m it depends if iḿ tired or not

it depends on how tired I am, but 10 pm is the absolute latest

I go to bed about 9:30- 10:00 but I don’t get to sleep until like 11:00 or 12:00.

I go to bed at about ten, and generally go to sleep at around 2am. My sleep schedule is wacky
