In case you do not know, Genshin Impact has seven elements for each of the Seven Archons. Details on each element:

  • image Pyro: If you resonate with Pyro, you are able to freely use and manipulate fire and explosives. Some common examples include Klee, Amber, and Xiangling.
  • image Cryo: If you resonate with Cryo, you are able to freely use and manipulate ice and cold. Some common examples include Kaeya, Diona, and Chongyun.
  • image Hydro: If you resonate with Hydro, you are able to freely use and manipulate water. Some common examples include Xingqiu, Barbara, and Mona.
  • image Anemo: If you resonate with Anemo, you are able to freely use and manipulate the air and wind. Some common examples include Jean, Sucrose, and Venti.
  • image Electro: If you resonate with Electro, you are able to freely use and manipulate electricity. Some common examples include Lisa, Beidou, and Fischl.
  • image Geo: If you resonate with Geo, you are able to freely use and manipulate rocks and the hard earth. Some common examples include Noelle, Ningguang, and Zhongli.
  • image Dendro: If you resonate with Dendro, you are able to freely use and manipulate nature. There are currently no characters that can do this at the moment.

I’ll start: I probably best resonate with Electro. I am always using electronics and being able to manipuate electrical elements like create charges and electromagnetic attractions/repulsions sounds pretty cool. And who needs a Vision from the Seven when you are the Traveler who can resonate with any of the above?

Will probably have to check out Genshin Impact for myself sometime, but for me, it’d be Pyro🔥.

For years now ever since I was young, I’ve have this fixation with fire. The way the flames like to dance and appear alive, or the way the warmth can feel comforting or unbearable.

I also have a slight tendency to play with fire (bad idea, I know).I’ve lit sticks and twirled them around pretending they were swords that I’d use to cut down my enemies, or a magic wand to cast spells.
Eventually when they inevitably went out and would start smoking (either by just burning out or by me waving it out) I’d write letters with the smoke and watch them blow away.

Another fun story that I might get more into some time, would be last August when me and my brother tried “breathing” fire using a stick with a rag wraped around it that was soaked in lamp oil, and then first blew flour through the flame, then after we’d got a little practice, lamp oil which fun fact, literally tastes like nothing.

Finally, there was my longing desire to get my hands on some Potassium Nitrate/KNO3 (a.k.a. saltpeter). It has a few uses, such as a food preservative, stump remover, or fertiliser, or even as one of the key ingredients of gunpowder serving as an oxidiser.
However, my personal favourite use is as a propellant in fireworks, or of you don’t pack the mixture into a rocket, as a smoke bomb.

I saw videos on YouTube of people making ninja smoke bombs that exploded into a smoke screen when thrown at the ground so naturally wanted to try making my own, and thus be one step closer to becoming a true ninja.

As an interesting sidenote, in my reading I just so happened to stumble onto wikiHow for the first time, and all the articles of making smoke bombs were the first ones that I read.
(N.B. I never had, nor do I ever plan to use that information to bring harm to others.)

I eventually settled on trying to make a smoke bomb that used ping-pong balls of all things as fuel, as I didn’t have the magnesium starters for the throwable versions, nor gunpowder (probably a good thing too for reasons I’ll explain in a bit).

Naturally I decided to be stupid and make a large one stuffed with paper and a six-pack of ping-pong balls. Needless to say, it didn’t work (the thing din’t even light) and all I got for my effort was a charcoal stain on the back seat of my dad’s truck.

I wouldn’t try again until years later when I started doing Chemistry that I finallygot my hands on some Potassium Nitrate!! (srsly, I had been asking for this thing for yearsat this point, you have no idea how happy I was!:flushed:)

I didn’t actually try making a smoke bomb out of the stuff until months later after I had gotten a bit of experience working with chemicals, which is probably for the better, because I can tell you for a fact, that without that experience, I would have been pretty careless while handling the stuff (especially considering what I was hoping to do with it).

Fortunately though I was actually pretty careful when I did my mini-experiment: mixing it with sugar in different rations and testing to see which one burnt fastest. I was really just doing it for fun as opposed to trying to learn something, otherwise I would have done more tests and with more varietly. I also wouldn’t have put all three mixture on the same piece of brick to burn (they all caught fire from each other).

I haven’t actually done anything with KNO3 since then which is kinda wierd considering how long I’d been trying to get it, although I plan on doing something with it eventually.

(of course seeing as how operating fireworks is illegal without a permit and considering I'm underage, I don't think I'd be able to get one; then again I wasn't trying to make fireworks, just smoke bombs which now that I think about it may be considered the same thing. crap.)

Hmm… either pyro or electro.

Firstly, my main team in Genshin Impact is very pyro-heavy, with Xinyan as sub-dps/support, Amber as sub-dps/ranged, and Bennett as sub-dps/utility. All are pyro. However, I do intend to replace Amber with Fischl, who is electro, in the near future (whenever I pull her). I also have Razor (electro) as main-dps. However, I’m not sure if my team exactly dictates my vision.

I enjoy spicy food. If something’s edible, I’ve probably put hot sauce on it. If it’s inedible, I’ve probably put hot sauce on it as well. I’ve also drank a concoction of every hot sauce in the house mixed together. I have a very high tolerance of spicy and bitter foods.

Like Verin, I also had a tendency to play with fire as a child. When my parents weren’t home, I’d often light candles and dip my fingers in the wax, burn paper towels and pasta, and use charred chopsticks as writing utensils. I remember once, when I was around 10, I was staying with my cousins in Canada, who have a fire pit in their backyard. My younger cousin, who was 8 or 9 at the time, and I found some large sticks, poked an end of them in the fire, and waved them around in the air, proclaiming them “fire sticks”.

However, fire wasn’t the only dangerous thing I’ve played with. I remember getting a kit on electricity and circuts when I was about 12. I completely ignored the instruction manual and went to work on tinkering with the included light bulb. I unscrewed my lamp’s light bulb and put in the included tiny one, resulting in the bulb overloading and smoking. I’ve also stuck my finger inside the lamp and got a very minor shock.

I also remember playing a game outside with the same cousin from earlier. I was younger, maybe 8 or 9, and we had found some thin rope. My character was able to manipulate electricity.

I’d say I resonate with pyro.

I’m going to be very basic and give little to no explanation, but probably pyro. I know nothing about Genshin Impact, but my favorite element is fire, which I’ve always had a fascination of. Not to mention I favor fire-type Pokemon.

I don’t really know what this game is, but this post reminds me of Avatar: The Last Airbender .

Maybe we can all (privately) share our user IDs and play together! wikiHow to Genshin Impact together xD

Same. My first interaction with Pokémon was an online emulator of Pokémon Gold hosted on a site names Playr (I was alot more interested in Zelda at the time, so I never got that far into the game) and I’d remember always picking Cyndaquill.

That’d be cool! I’ll send you mine through wikiHow if that’s okay.

Sure @Feliciano_Vargas

I think all full-screen screenshots include your user ID in them unless if you take them using the in-game screenshot function.

Also, let’s not share user IDs publicly, just via email:slight_smile:

Okay. I sent mine via wikiHow e-mail.

I would probably be Hydro. Not kidding. Because I love the water. Also, I still don’t have any characters who’s a Hydro.

I think I may be a Pyro. I always have this feeling of attraction to fire. I always touch fire:joy:

+I am also a Leo, which is an element of fire.

Dont understand the purpose of this put its kind of entertaining to think about it. I am probably Geo. I dont create things with my hands but i like to arrange things in a asthetic order…

*When you learn of a really cool game, only to realize it’s incompatible with all your devices*

I just started today, but I like using Amber, so I would say pyro. Also because I did like to play with candles lol
