Like every user that likes an article can add it to their wikiHow Favorite page.
You could already do this by creating a new section on your userpage and filling it with links to your favorite articles or just their names. Some of our users have already done it.
It’s a nice idea, I think, but as @TheMartian
pointed out, you can do it yourself on your user page. That way, people who come to visit your page can actually see your favourites without having to do a lot of looking.
