I’m not sure how long this has been ongoing - I do know that a few of my emails to Lois some time back never got through, but I’m not sure if that was due to a bad spam filter or the system eating the emails. The earliest one I found was from the 20th of November.
Basically, every single email I’ve received from wikiHow - whether it’s automated or a user emailing me through the system - is being marked as spam. I’ve previously had instances of wiki-emails being marked as spam, but nowhere near as severe as this. Maybe it’s just my email being weird, but I know TU-emails are not supposed to be landing in the spam folder (they haven’t been doing that until recently).
I’m using Gmail, for what it’s worth. I’m not sure if the same thing happens on any other email service.

Yeah I just checked my wH specific email (hasn’t happened in some time!) and it has been put in spam too. You can unmark wH as spam though, so it’s all good. I have Gmail too.
Occasionally lately, this has been happening to me. However, I’m not on Gmail. I’m on Outlook/Hotmail.
Thanks for posting this. Engineers are looking in to this problem, and hopefully it will be fixed soon!

@Chris-H
This is the email address: communityteam@wikihow.com
@WF
, that’s not entirely accurate - emails from support@wikihow.com
were landing in the spam folder, too, in addition to editors sending emails through the wikiHow system.

Closing this since I think it was fixed - please do re-file if it comes up again!
