Lately almost all of my wikiHow emails have been marked as spam. I use gmail. Why is this happening?

I think Gmail will often tell you why- for example, the other day I accidentally hit the spam button and started sending all my wikiHow emails to spam too, but it said why at the top and I was able to unmark them, fixing the issue. I’d look out for an option like that. Occasionally systematic issues can lead to all emails going to spam for many people, but I think if it’s just one person, it’s more likely to be an accidental click or something along those lines.
