wikiHow is now on Google+ https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/102818024478962731382/ Please add us to your circles and +1 the page. When you circle us and we will circle you back. Eventually we will make an entire wikIHow community circle of everyone who circles us that we know is an editor here. (Yes there was an attempt to start a page before, but Google decided that webpages couldn’t have the type of account we had, so had to start over with this one.) Circle us here to get started: https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/102818024478962731382/ And while I have this thread going, here are some questions. Who here is on Google+ ? What do you think of it? How do you think wikiHow should be using it?

Hah, I’m circling you! Sounds creepy as heck, if you think about it.

I’ve created a business page there but am getting error messages when trying to add users to circles, haven’t spent any time trying to fix it yet. Will add wikiHow to my personal circles.

I’m not… :\

yes! i am on Google+ and as the reviewers have already said that it is a mixture of twitter and facebook, well yes it is. And some say it is better than both of them. But i am not a regular there so i don’t know much. It still needs some time before it catches on with the folks.

I’m going to stick with Twitter:wink:

Hey now wikiHow page is in my circle.

@Davecrosby For business page, whenever someone adds you to their circles, you can add them right back. See it here .

Thanks, that bit’s working. Just wanted to add a few faves of our own, we’ll wait to reciprocate.

I think Google+ would be good for wikiHow because people can create circles for the wikiHow people they know and use it as another tool for collaboration, to discuss things that need to be done on the site.

Speaking of +1’s, there are more than 1,300,000 Likes on Facebook! Good job!

I’ve been considering joining Google+. Maybe I will now!

I have a Google+…it’s great that wikiHow is everywhere now.:slight_smile:Circling you!

Circled you!

I was just thinking the same thing! EDIT: Any ideas to use the Hangouts for the next conference call, Jack?

Well, if that did happen, wouldn’t that just be as an independent thing, so that if you can’t participate in the Hangout you can still participate in the call?

@Writelf - Yeah, that’s probably what we’ll try next time!

Anyone ever notice the little yellow rectangular box with the speech bubble at the top on regular wikiHow pages? Watch it for a few pages…

In my opinion, I love Google+; so much better than Facebook or any other site I have used. Just wish all of my friends would switch to it.

Yup! I think we should totally try the hangouts feature next community call we do. Great idea.
