Paul Segura

Paul Segura is a beer and brewing expert based in San Diego, CA. With over 30 years of experience, Paul is the Head Brewer and Brewmaster at Karl Strauss Brewing Company. He is the co-host of The 91X Beer for Breakfast Show and previously taught a brewing class at the University of California - San Diego for their Professional Certificate in Brewing program. He has also been featured in the San Diego Beer News Portrait of a Brewer series. Paul received a diploma in Intensive Craft Brewing Science & Engineering with the first graduating class from the American Brewers Guild.
