Get to Know the Valorant Agents
Brimstone: The commander of the Valorant Protocol, Liam “Brimstone” Byrne hails from the USA. This former firefighter now uses orbital strikes and tactical tools to control the map so his team can work efficiently.
Phoenix: a.k.a. Jami Adeyemi, this agent hails from London, and was the ninth agent recruited to the Valorant Protocol. Now, he uses incendiary abilities to disable and distract his opponents, and is able to resurrect upon death.
Sage: Wei Ling Ying is a Chinese monk and the seventh Valorant Protocol recruit, who worked her way up the ranks. She supports her team with medical aid and hinders enemies with her area control abilities.
Sova: Sasha Novikon is an archer from Murmansk Oblast, Russia, and the sixth Valorant Protocol recruit. He boasts a prosthetic right eye, and scouts for his team to identify targets and gain the upper hand.
Viper: Sabine Callas is the second-in-command at the Valorant Protocol, and serves as the primary recruiter. She’s a passive-aggressive fighter, but mostly just aggressive, using poisons and toxic clouds to devastate enemies.
Cypher: Amir El Amari is the fifth agent recruited by the Valorant Protocol. He began his career as an informant working against the Kingdom Corporation, and hides his face even after his recruitment. Now, he runs security and surveillance during operations.
Reyna: Zyanya Mondragón is one of a few Radiants—agents with supernatural abilities. She was recruited from Alpha Earth after she set up a sanctuary for those harmed by Kingdom Corporation, and her abilities allow her to become more powerful as operations go on.
Killjoy: Klara Böhringer, a young inventor from Germany, was the lead of Kingdom Corporation’s research and development before she became the fourth-ever agent recruited to Valorant. Her innovation cuts the other agent’s work in half and threatens to sideline them completely, hence her callsign.
Breach: Erik Torsten is a Swedish convict and a double amputee who built his own prosthetic arms. He was recruited to Valorant, but the transition wasn't a smooth one, and he’s still prone to his old ways as he smashes and quakes the landscape during each operation.
Omen: Omen is a radiant who worked alongside Viper and eventually joined Valorant alongside her. He has no memory of his past or how he came to inhabit his shadowy state, but now he uses his elusive powers to sneak around and confuse opponents.
Jett: Han Sunwoo is a South Korean radiant gifted with the essence of wind. Her life took a turn when her counterpart from Omega Earth began to hunt her, and Jett fled, only to be recruited by Valorant, where she’s better equipped to confront her Omega self.
Raze: Tayane Alves is a Brazilian engineer who opposed Kingdom Corp’s operations, which earned her an invite to join Valorant, where she uses her technical prowess to wreak destruction on every battlefield.
Skye: Kirra Foster is an Australian radiant and Kingdom Corp resistor, which caught the attention of Valorant, who eventually recruited her as an agent. She uses her powers to summon allied familiars that stalk opponents and turn the tide of battle.
Yoru: Kiritani Ryo, a Japanese radiant, is intent on studying his ancestors, a samurai order. His signature mask he stole from the Kingdom Corp during his investigation, and was later recruited as the fifteenth Valorant agent, where he uses the mask’s power to stealth his way around the battlefield.
Astra: Efia Danso is a Ghanaian radiant whose powers channel cosmic energies. She’s the sixteenth Valorant recruit, and she uses her powers both on and off missions to balance and prevent universe-destroying events.
KAY/O: KAY/O is a machine infused with powerful radianite, built by humans in an alternate future to combat radiants. He traveled back in time and was recruited to Valorant, where he learned to adjust to a time defined by human and radiant cooperation.
Chamber: Vincent Fabron was involved with the French military as an ace marksman and weapons expert before he was briefly employed by Kingdom Corp. He fell in with Valorant by coincidence, but quickly proved himself as a more than useful asset to the organization.
Neon: Tala Nicole Dimaapi Valdez is a Filipino radiant graced with the power of electricity. She was recruited by Valorant to help the organization cross over to Omega Earth, and uses her abilities to zip around the battlefield.
Fade: Hazal Eyletmez is a Turkish radiant searching for someone close to her. Her radiant abilities enable her to see and channel horrific visions. Valorant began tracking her, and she retaliated with detailed dossiers on each agent. An initially combative relationship eased, and Fade eventually joined the Protocol.
Harbor: Varun Batra hails from India and is the possessor of an ancient, mysterious artifact that allows him to channel and control water. After finding the artifact, he was pursued by a covert organization before finding haven and allyship within Valorant.
Gekko: Mateo Armendáriz De la Fuente is an Angeleno who fights alongside the radivores, creatures closely associated with radianite. He’s the 22nd Valorant recruit, and together with the radivores, wreaks havoc on every battlefield.
Deadlock: Iselin was involved in a Kingdom Corp-related disaster, where she lost her arm. She was rescued by Sova and brought back to Valorant HQ, where she was given a new prosthetic. Now, she uses tech and tools to manage and manipulate the battlefield.
Iso: Li Zhao Yu was a Chinese hitman and current radiant who can manifest radianite energy into solid objects. As an assassin, one of his missions made him cross paths with Valorant, after which he was recruited, where he uses his powers to duel opponents.
Clove: Clove hails from Scotland, and is a radiant gifted with the powers of healing and immortality. At Valorant, they use their power to cross from life into death and back, though they suspect this is not a gift that will last forever.
Vyse: Vyse was once a researcher at Kingdom, but now metallic radianite has fused to their body and granted them radiant powers. They aimed to find her revenge on the people responsible for her condition before they were found by and recruited by Valorant.
