Locating lost devices is much simpler since most of them now come with GPS features, including nearly all Samsung Galaxy devices. Activating mobile tracking on Samsung devices is possible with the “Find My Mobile” feature created by Samsung. You can also use Google's "Find My Device" if your Samsung is signed into that Google account. Tracking a Samsung Galaxy Device
First turn on Find My Mobile, which you can find in Settings > Your Account > Find My Mobile . Then you can go to the SmartThings Find site and locate your phone or tablet. You can also use Google's Find My Device to automatically track phones and tablets signed into a Google account, which you can find online at https://www.google.com/android/find/ .

1Open Settings. Tap on the gear icon of the Settings app in the apps drawer to access it. You can also pull down the notification window and tap on the gear icon to directly open the Settings app.

2Tap your account name at the top. This is your Samsung account.
- If you never signed into a Samsung account on your Galaxy phone or tablet, add or create one .

3Tap Find My Mobile . It's near the bottom of the menu next to a small screen and magnifying glass icon.

4Tap Allow this phone to be found . You can enable the other toggles as well, but those are optional. However, "Allow this phone to be found" must be enabled so you can track the Samsung online.
- If you ever need to locate your Samsung, go to https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com , log into your Samsung account, and select your device.
