Things You Should Know

  • If you have a postpaid account, find your account number on your bill or in your AT&T Profile settings online.
  • If you have a prepaid account, call "611" from your AT&T phone for your account number.
  • If you don't have your AT&T phone handy, call "800-901-9878."

    Go to your AT&T Profile and sign in. Click My linked accounts and your account number will be listed there.
