- To cancel your Grubhub+ membership, open the Grubhub app or website, go to Account → Grubhub+ → Cancel Membership , and then follow the prompts.

Click the account icon and select Grubhub+ . You’ll see the account icon at the top-right corner of the page; it looks like the silhouette of a person’s head and shoulders. Clicking the icon will prompt a menu to drop down, and you’ll see the Grubhub+ option on the menu (under a “+” icon).

Deleting Your Grubhub Account

1Go to Grubhub’s Manage Your Data page to submit a deletion request. The page’s full link is grubhub.com/help/privacy/manage-your-data ; scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the Delete your personal information header. Under that header, click the “Submit a request” option.
- In the Grubhub app, tap Account → Manage Account → Manage data or delete account .
- This will bring you to the Manage Your Data page, where you can follow the steps outlined in this article as usual!

2Fill out your email address to verify the request. After selecting “Submit a request,” you’ll be taken to another page that asks you to enter the email address associated with your Grubhub account. Type it in and hit the Verify my email button below.

3Find Grubhub’s email and select “Confirm Email Address.” Go to your email inbox and look for an email from Grubhub with the subject line Verify your email address . Open that email, and you’ll see a large blue button labeled Confirm Email Address . Press it to move to the next step!

- Data deletion is permanent, so be sure you want to delete your account before going through with it!

Click Delete . You'll see this in the pop-up window that appears, warning you that deleting your account and all personal information is non-reversible. Once you press Delete , you’ll be all set
- You'll get an email confirmation from Grubhub and see a confirmation page that your account and data have been deleted.
- It may take a little time for your account to be deleted, so you may not see the email confirmation immediately.
