Wrong time and date on your phone? Here’s how to fix it
Do you need to change the date on your Android phone? By default, your Android device will set the correct time automatically. If you want to, you can also manually set the time and date. This wikiHow article teaches you how to set the date and time on a Samsung Galaxy and a stock Android phone or tablet.

Open the Settings menu. To do so, swipe down from the top of the screen. Then tap the Gear/Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

Tap Date and time . This opens the menu that allows you to manage the date and time settings.
