Do you want to change or fix the color of your iPhone screen? You can use iOS' accessibility features to invert your screen colors, add filters to change the hue, and even use Dark Mode or Night Shift to lessen eye strain. Here's how to change the color of your iPhone.

Adjusting the Color Theme of an iPhone

To change the color on your iPhone, open the Settings app. Go to Accessibility Display & Test Size . Toggle on Smart Invert or Color Filters to customize the screen.

  5. Once this is turned on, you'll be able to select a filter and its intensity.
  6. You can select: Greyscale, Red/Green Filter (Protanopia), Green/Red Filter (Deuteranopia), Blue/Yellow Filter (Tritanopia), and Color Tint.
    • You'll see a preview of the color at the top. Swipe left to view different comparison images.
  7. Use the sliding scale to choose an intensity. To decrease the intensity, move the circle towards the left. To increase the intensity, move the circle towards the right.
    • If you selected Color Tint , you'll also have the option to adjust the Hue. Move the circle to select a hue.
    • When you're finished, tap the back arrow to save your changes.

Changing Screen Brightness

    • Use this method to turn on Auto-Brightness, which will automatically adjust your iPhone's screen depending on the current light conditions.

Changing iPhone Body Color

    My I phone screen is black and white. How do I change it to color?

    Unfortunately, there is no effective way to change the color, as you would have to change the display, which is not possible. You could consider getting a new iPhone with color. I would recommend you try out the iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus as it is very durable.
