  1. Right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar and click Close or Quit . Make sure the program isn't running in the background. Do this by checking your system tray in the bottom-right corner. If you see the Teams icon, right-click it and click Quit . [1]
  2. Open the Run menu . You can use the keyboard shortcut: Windows key + R . You can also right-click the Start menu and select Run .
