Opt to connect your Jambox directly to your computer to charge it. You can plug a micro USB cord into your Jambox. Connect the other end to your USB port.
- Make sure you are not connecting the micro USB cord to a keyboard. It will not charge if connected to a computer accessory other than a USB hub.

There is a small ‘pairing button’ under the main power button on the side of the speaker. It has two small arrows on it. Hold this button until the speaker says, "Big Jambox is in pairing mode."
