    No. Due to security issues, you have to provide a tracking number. If you don't have a tracking number, contact the company/seller you bought your item from and request one.

    How do I cancel a delay in delivery due to a customers request?

    If you have already purchased the shipping label but haven't shipped it yet, contact your local post office and talk to them about it. If you have purchased the shipping label and have already shipped it, have the customer take the tracking number and go talk to their local post office themselves. Be on standby just in case the customer needs you to send them extra information or if their post office wants you to contact them directly.
