Do you want to stop using your Ring doorbell, camera, or security system forever? If you no longer need to access a Ring device, you can permanently delete your Ring account in seconds. If you'd rather keep your Ring account but cancel your Ring Protect plan, it's easy to do so through Ring.com or the Amazon app. You can also delete users you've added so they can no longer manage your Ring devices. Choose when to cancel your account. If you cancel your Ring Protect subscription immediately, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused time for both annual and monthly plans. Alternatively, you can choose a date in the future, such as the day before your next bill is due.

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm. Once Ring Protect is canceled, you will no longer be billed.
- If a refund is due, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
