Overlap the oval with a much bigger oval for the body.

Overlap further with smaller vertical ovals for the legs of the animal.

Draw even smaller horizontal ovals for the paws.

Join the ovals of the fore legs with a small curved line.

Add a curved string-like line for the tail.

Make an oval at the tip of the tail line.

Draw all the details of the cat.

Then erase all earlier lines.
