Learn how to increase text size on Facebook for easy reading
If you've been having a hard time reading stuff on Facebook because the print is too small for your eyes, you'll be glad to know that there's an easy way to enlarge text on Facebook with a simple keystroke. If you don't want to zoom in on your browser, you can change your accessibility settings on your phone or tablet. Here's how to enlarge the text on Facebook using your computer, iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
Increasing Facebook Font Size
Press Ctrl and + (Windows) or ⌘ Cmd and + (Mac) while on Facebook on a computer to enlarge text. If you're using the mobile app, navigate to the accessibility settings on your device to increase your native text size.

Zooming In on a Computer

Sign into Facebook on a web browser. If you're not already signed in, enter your username and password in the allocated text fields in the upper right-hand corner of the web page, and then click “Log in.”
- This method will teach you how to use your browser zoom to make text bigger in Facebook.
- If you are using Safari on a Mac, you can enlarge the text without making everything else on the page bigger. However, in other browsers, zooming will also increase the size of other elements of Facebook, including photos and icons.
- If you don't want to make everything larger and you're using the Chrome browser, you can make the text bigger in Chrome for all websites instead.
- Alternatively, you can use Facebook on your iPhone, iPad , or Android . It's easier to enlarge text on Facebook using your phone or tablet.

Press Ctrl + + (PC) or ⌘ Cmd + c at the same time to enlarge text. Keep pressing the plus icon until you reach the desired text size. This will zoom in and make the text larger.

Press Ctrl + - (PC) or ⌘ Cmd + - (Mac) to make the text smaller. This will zoom out and decrease the size of the text and other elements of Facebook. Keep pressing the minus key until you reach the perfect size font for you.
