How to Lose Armpit Fat
Do weekly cardio exercises (like running, cycling, or swimming) along with arm, chest, and back strength training exercises (like weightlifting, pushups, and pull-ups). Eat a balanced diet with lots of lean protein and vegetables, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night.
