Learn how to sign out from iPhone Mail or Gmail
If you're getting a lot of emails on your iPhone, you may want to sign out of your email accounts. You can add or remove email accounts on your iPhone using the settings app. You can also log out if you use the Gmail app. This wikiHow teaches you how to log out of email accounts in the Mail app on an iPhone.
Quick Sign Out Steps for iPhone Mail
In your iPhone's Settings app, go to Apps > Mail . Tap on Accounts and then select the mail account you want to sign out of. Tap Delete Account , and then tap Delete Account again.

Tap Mail Accounts . This is near the top of the page. You'll see a list of all email accounts you have added to your iPhone.

Tap the account you want to log out from. A confirmation message will appear.

Tap Delete Account again. This will sign you out of the Mail app on your iPhone and remove the email account's data, including any synced emails, contacts, and calendar events.
